DROP-IN CLASS

English or bilingual - just join in!

Our international standard drop-in-class every Tuesday from 8 pm – 9.30pm in English or bilingual IS NOT HAPPENING on 12 April.

For english classes in the week from 10 – 18 April please call, we try to arrange a bilingual class on request.

Your first class is free of charge.

This class is for students who are already practitioner and would like to continue their practice on a regular basis.

TRIAL CLASS

for newcomers

For newcomers to yoga: you might enjoy our free of charge trial classes every Thursday between 6.30 pm and 8.00 pm.

Here you will get a clear impression of the workings of yoga. We are ready to support you in finding out your possibilities for further progressing in your practice. This class can also be bi-lingual. Please register online or via phone.

MEDITATION

The key to mental peace

You are also welcome to join our meditation sessions:

Every Wednesday from 8pm to 9.30pm and every Saturday and Sunday from 6pm to 7.30pm.
We practice silent meditation and mantra chanting. There will also be a short lecture on different aspects of yoga which can be translated into English upon prior request. Please let us know in advance.

Meditation sessions are free of charge.
